Users may create accounts using email/password authentication and phone OTP verification.
RezumeTailor provides one-time password (OTP) text messages for account registration, phone number verification, login verification, password reset, and account security.
By providing your phone number and opting into SMS verification, you consent to receive transactional verification messages from RezumeTailor. Message frequency varies based on user requests. Standard message and data rates may apply.
For assistance, reply HELP to the number from which you received the message or contact support@rezumetailor.com. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You retain ownership of all resumes and job descriptions uploaded to the platform.
AI-generated recommendations and ATS scores are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes.
Subscription payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Refund requests are reviewed manually within 7 days of purchase. Refund approval remains at the sole discretion of RezumeTailor.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
All platform software, branding, content, and designs belong to RezumeTailor.
RezumeTailor shall not be responsible for employment outcomes, hiring decisions, AI inaccuracies, or indirect damages arising from platform usage.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
